You'll leave feeling grounded and inspired - with clarity on what you want and a visual guide to support you throughout the rest of 2025 and beyond.

Tapping into the power of visualisation meditation, in this practice you’ll connect with the most empowered version of you. You’ll then translate this vision into a meaningful vision board.

Time to get creative! All materials for the vision board workshop will be provided, but you are welcome to bring anything you feel would add to your experience - for example your own journal or momentos you’d like to incorporate into your board.
