In the softly lit sanctuary of the iconic The Ministry building in Borough, you’ll be guided through deeply reflective meditation practices, immersed in soothing nature soundscapes, and experience a nourishing soundbath led by meditation and sound practitioner Ciara McGinley.
This gentle journey is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and create space for renewal in the months ahead.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed and restored, with a deeper connection to yourself - and the chance to connect with the like-minded folks sharing this experience with you over coffee and pastries after the session.
As a parting gift, each guest will also receive a thoughtfully curated goody bag of wellbeing treats from our brand partners.

Melt into the space with a deeply nourishing sound bath to induce relaxation and restore balance with reflections of nature throughout.

At the end of the session, join us upstairs in The Deli for a hot drink & pastry - and the opportunity to connect with the kind, like-minded people sharing this experience with you.
