Ciara McGinley

Ciara McGinley is a health and wellbeing expert, certified & trauma-informed meditation practitioner (DipBSoM) and the founder of Finding Quiet meditation & mindfulness experiences.

Whether you’re meditating on your yoga mat or your morning commute, she’s dedicated to helping you discover practices that align with your values and your lifestyle.

Ciara blends meditation, mindfulness, sound, journaling and positive psychology to guide you towards a place of calm, clarity, and self-connection. Through a compassionate and sustainable approach, Ciara will empower you to manage stress, build resilience and nurture your everyday wellbeing so you can enjoy a slower, more intentional life.

 

Grace Williams

Grace Williams is a health & nutrition coach supporting her clients to find energy, balance and success in both their health & career. Grace's work is inspired by her personal experience of balancing life as a solicitor with being a full-time carer for her mother during her cancer journey.

As a result, Grace truly understands what it means to find balance. Through her signature 3-pillar approach, her clients gain the tailored strategies, knowledge and support to transform how they feel and show up every day - bridging the gap between wellness and their everyday.
