About

For many of us, September marks the end of a fun-filled summer and is synonymous with the return to work. This new season also provides us with the perfect opportunity to come back to ourselves, to delve deeper into our wellbeing practices, focus on our mindset and get clear on our goals.


During this morning retreat, we’ll support you in cultivating an uplifting mindset, and help you welcome the remaining months of 2023 with a renewed focus, excited energy, and a drive to meet your goals, no matter how big or small.

The session will begin with a grounding meditation practice led by Ciara, inviting you to leave the bustle of the city behind as you settle into this safe space for rest and relaxation. Maud will then guide you through an energising yoga flow, helping you to shake off stress and let the tension melt away. After a short break, Maud will guide you through an empowering visualisation practice, encouraging you to connect with your future self, who you will be, and what you will have achieved by the year's end. All with the aim of helping you come back to yourself, find your inner sense of calm, and get clear on your vision.

Not only will you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, you’ll also get your hands on a luxury goodie bag with gifts from our partners. And, that’s not all - Maud and Ciara also invite you to join them for a chat with light refreshments after the retreat ends, where you'll also have the opportunity meet with like-minded people if you wish to.

 

The Schedule

10am - Welcome & Meditation practice

11am - Vinyasa Flow class

12pm – Visualisation practice 

12.30pm – Chat, light snacks and farewell

 

Please note:

Maud and Ciara are big believers in the power of community and the positive impact it has on our overall health and wellbeing. However, you will never be asked to share anything about your experience unless you wish to.

This is an open-level workshop, no previous experience is required. We welcome you as you are - with your bodies and minds in whatever way they may be on the day.

Please feel free to bring a curious mind, a notebook and any questions you may have for your practitioners.

Meet Your Hosts

 

Make it stand out

Maud Eeckman (left) is a mindset coach and yoga teacher. After 12 years in investment banking, Maud developed a unique coaching method that empowers women to build their dream business, whilst infusing wellbeing daily into their busy life.

Ciara (right) is a meditation and breathwork practitioner. She helps busy people find quiet in the chaos through meditation, breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
