Virtual 60 minute 6-week beginner's course

A beginner-friendly course tailored to you, over six weeks we'll explore 10+ techniques and develop a meditation routine that's sustainable and realistic for your lifestyle. You'll leave with a skill for life, and the tools you need to live mindfully.

Virtual 45 minute class

Drop in

£40 per class

For those who want occasional mindfulness coaching and meditation support, drop-in classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Prior to the session, you will complete a questionnaire so classes can be tailored to your personal needs.

In-person 60 minute class

Prefer to connect in person? I work with a number of beautiful holistic spaces in London to host individual client sessions. Booked in six-week blocks, sessions will be tailored to your meditation experience and mindfulness goals. Enquire below for information on locations and times available.

Hi, I'm Ciara - a journalist turned meditation practitioner 

A true multi-hyphen millennial, I spent years living in an highly-strung, anxious state. When I discovered meditation, I began to understand my nervous system and how my practice could help me keep calm in the chaos. Now, I'm on a mission to encourage others to prioritize their wellbeing and discover the power of meditation. I won't ask you to wake up at 5am and meditate for an hour every day, or give up any part of your full, busy and wonderful life (unless you want to, of course). But, I will ask you to dedicate time to your practice and get ready to watch your world shift in the best way as you begin to live more mindfully.
