About the event
We all suffer with poor sleep from time to time. There are so many factors that impact the amount and quality of shut eye we get each night, from our diet and exercise routine, to our night time rituals. One way we can promote good sleep hygiene is by allowing our body and mind to slow down at the end of the day. Cue - mindfulness and meditation.Â
In this workshop, we'll explore how mindfulness and meditation can support sleep and I will share with you my sleep saviours (aka the techniques I swear by when sleepless nights strike). Â
