In these mindfulness workshops, we dive deeper into how to build a life rooted in mindfulness in this busy 21st century world. Together, we’ll explore a range of different techniques from meditation to breathwork and learn how they can manage stress and build resilience in the workplace. Workshops can be angled on specific topics, such as stress, sleep, resilience, joy or look at mindfulness as a whole.
Give your employees a total escape and the chance to indulge in some R&R outside of the office with a Finding Quiet day or multiple day retreat. From the venue to the catering and everything in between, Finding Quiet retreats are bespoke to your needs. With the support of my network of highly trained and experienced holistic practitioners, we’ll create a soothing, restorative and relaxing environment that gives your employees the opportunity to switch off and recharge so they return to the office feeling refreshed. Activities could include sessions exploring meditation, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, sound healing, art therapy, spa treatments, organised hikes, wild swimming and more.
Provide your employees with one-on-one meditation and breathwork support with individual classes and courses tailored to their experience and needs. Sessions can take place in the office, online or at a third-party studio and last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
